Eccentric’s, The Spa Sanctuary—If you’re looking to pamper someone you love, check out the spa here in Odenton. There are gift cards available for purchase on the website for hair, nail and skin care.

Little Treasury Jewelers—This is the place for the grand gesture. Little Treasury has some of the most unique jewelry around, including an excellent selection of fine watches. If you spend at least $250 before Valentine’s Day, you’ll get a free dozen roses from Little House of Flowers in Gambrills. The store also has special Sunday hours on Feb. 12.
