SUNDAY MORNING: Hurricane Irene made its way though the Maryland area Saturday night into Sunday morning. Now Crofton neighbors are working to clear downed trees and debris. Many communities remain without power. Crofton Patch’s Nicki Mayo hit the streets to see how residents are cleaning up after Hurricane Irene.

SATURDAY 5 PM : The windy is strong and rain continues pouring into Crofton. We grabbed video from Crofton Highlands of water flowing along Judicial Way. We also included shots of backyard flooding and a huge drain near the site of the proposed skate park. SUNDAY 7:30 AM

Still have power in Chapman Farms. A few pear trees down....one blocking Chapman Road completely. But otherwise, don't see any major damage.
