Bowie Man Pleads Guilty to Gambrills Burglary
A Naval Academy teacher admitted breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home and was granted probation before judgment, according to The Baltimore Sun.
Charles D. Spera of Bowie pleaded guilty Tuesday to fourth-degree burglary charges related to an October incident, according to online court records.
Spera, who teaches cyber-security at the U.S. Naval Academy, admitted breaking into his former girlfriend's home and will spend two weekends in jail and be on probation for 18 months, reported The Baltimore Sun.
Court records show that Erin McNamara obtained a peace order against Spera in October after the burglary incident.
