Crofton's Constituent Services Rep Resigns
Jody Leddy will be leaving the county executive's office to pursue a career in real estate.
Crofton residents will be getting a new liaison to the county executive's office.
Jody Leddy, the constituent services representative for west Anne Arundel County, has announced that she will resign to pursue a career in real estate.
Leddy said her last official day will be March 7. She has accepted a position at the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Annapolis.
"I've had my real estate salesperson license for several years and have yet to use it actively," Leddy said in an email to constituents. "The timing is now right for my family that I can dive in and pursue a career selling houses full time."
Leddy had served as the chief liaison between local residents and former county executive John R. Leopold. She was a common sight at many community meetings and events.
