The Hibachi place in Waugh Chapel is the best Sushi in Crofton. We have tried them all (except Fins so far) and the other place are very mediocre and in some cases, down right disgusting..

There is also Joss on Main Street in historic Annapolis....Joss is AWESOME!!!

I agree. Omitting Joss is a huge oversight. It's the best. Otani is good for a Crofton restaurant.

I'm kind of scared of the grocery store stuff. I guess you have to check the dates on the sushi.

You should be scared. Sushi is meant to be served fresh. I don't know if any of the grocery stuff includes raw fish. Even if it doesn't, the quality of sushi deteriorates very quickly.
