The University of Maryland Terrapins took on the University of Miami Hurricanes Monday night at the Capital One Field at Byrd Stadium.
But the talk of the night focused less on the season opener and more on what the Maryland team was wearing. It was the grand debut for the team’s new uniforms.
The University of Maryland posted a photo slide show of the new uniforms being unveiled. The Under Armor outfits pay homage to the state flag.

The ones in the photo look fine. Whatever they had on in the game against Miami is a different story.

@Adrian I think the yellow and black checkered sleeve extensions were an eye-full. But I have to say, "Maryland Pride" is REAL! lol
