What happened to Houlihans? That was the only one I was excited for.

Another Subway? This will be the fourth one in Crofton... aren't we going a little overboard here? It's not even that great to begin with.

Will there be a single small independent business? What about all of these small business owners we keep hearing congress argue over - do they really exist?

*Yawn* I'm with LH - the last thing we need is another Subway, ick.

Hmmm, not really good. Let me explain - outside of the anchor stores it doesn't seem to be a place to just stroll and shop. Everything I see is what I'd consider a destination place - banks, food, massage, nails, etc...You don't stroll down a shopping plaza and say "hey, let's do come banking and grab a massage."
There's an obvious lack of clothing. Not clothing shops like Old Navy, Ann Taylor, nothing for kids, no "trinket" or "fun" shops.

Love me some Qdoba. I agree - Subway is overkill. Was hoping for a good date night dining option like Houlihans or some other chain restaurant more upscale than Applebees.

I'm so excited about Coal Fire, we've been making the drive to Columbia to get our fix! And, Lisa, I don't know if you've been there but it's a pretty good date night option, at least for us.

A Cobb theater would have been great instead of Regal. Their CineBistro concept would really be a great addition to the area.

I agree there is no reason for me to "Shop" there. There are no clothing stores at all. I had heard maybe White House Black Market or Kohls may have been interested in being in that shopping center. That's a real let down considering I don't shop for my clothes at Target. Not much else to choose from......

Could use a mailbox (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) store

I agree, I think more clothing should be there...possibly Old Navy but a Kohls would be great! Also, the *FASHION BUG* in annapolis closed and very sad to see that go & would be "GREAT" to replace one in this shopping center since they have junior, misses, and Plus size clothing!!! ..so you have a good variety. A good shoe store would be great too! Wouldnt even hurt to have a LOWES or HOME DEPOT up this way --not that bowie is far but would be nice!:)) But I agree, more clothing is a must for people to come and shop*:))

Mommytwins - there is a Fashion Bug in the Odenton Shopping Center on Rt. 175, not far from Waugh Chapel at all.

Fashion Bug SUCKS! Nothing But Plus Size Clothing And If They Have Your Size Its All Old Fashion Or Granny Clothing. I'm A Teenager, My Friends And I Most Likely Will Go To The Movies And Get Something To Eat But The Clothing Is A Must Have. Hip & Up-To-Date! You All Should Push For A Big NAMEBRAND Clothing Department Like Nordstrom,Ross,Sears,Macy's,Dillard's,Bloomingdale's even a shoe store ... I Mean The List Can Go On And On And Onnnnnnn. I'm Just A Little Disappointed!!!!! I Thought It Would Be Bowie Towne Center Vs Waugh Chapel South. I'm Guessing Bowie Won D:

The last thing Crofton needs is another food place! We need clothes stores, The Body Shop, Bath and Body Works, a book store. We are taking our money to Annapolis, Columbia and Bowie. Revisit and get something other than another grocery store and subway.

I agree with John. I'm disappointed that neither Staples or Office Depot is listed. A Best Buy would also be nice.
