What do Patchers want to know more about? Q&A Time

I am reaching out to local patchers and asking...what do you want to know more about? Do you have fitness questions? Are you unsure of what to believe when it comes to debunking alll the fitness bombarding information we are consantly over stimulated? What works? What is true? How does one know what to do anymore?

Post some questions and I will give you my answers/opinion from years of experience in the industry. I look forward to your questions.

Thanks for reading :)

Ok I will start it....should you do weights first or cardio first if you plan to do both during your workout? I think you should do weights first. The reason I follow this rule is because I want to make sure that I have the most energy to put into my strength training workout than be exhausted from cardio and then have to do weights. I am just saying....what do patchers think?

I'm no fitness expert, but I agree with you. I'm not sure from where I heard this, but I have heard this advise before. I've always wondered about ab work, though. Should it be done daily, or should they be treated like a muscle group and worked every other day?

Jennifer great question. My opinion is that you really should be using your core as stabalizer muscles when performing any exercise...if you think about it you use your abs when you squat, lunge, any rotational movement exercises...not just when you are doing crunches. So my opinion is that they can be worked daily or however many times you workout a week. I persoanlly sneak isolated ab exercises into my circuits. I hope this helps. There are so many opinions out there but in the end you have to find what works for you to achieve the look that you are going for. Oh side note Abs are made in the kitchen if you know what I mean. Thanks for the question and comment.
