This novice swim meet was renamed in honor of a young girl who epitomized courage, perseverance and grace. She inspired CamPower - the kind of strength and spirit that brings a community together. It is in her memory, we are
reminded that we are all "Diamonds in the Rough." 100% of proceeds from the event will go to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore where a play room is being named in Cam's honor.
Mark your calendars for July 23, 2012. We will continue to sell a T-shirt, swim caps, towels and tattoos. This year's meet will include a station to make "get well" cards for children at Johns Hopkins. We will also be taking donations of craft supplies. If you would like to donate please consider purchasing: Crayons, Construction paper, Individual water color paint sets w/brush, Modeling clay...Any craft item of your choice!

The Crofton Swim & Tennis Club is privately owned and has been around since 1970. It is an absolute gem and probably one of Crofton's best kept recreational facility secrets. If you aren't careful, you may overlook the signs for the entrance to the CSTC. The Crofton Swim & Tennis Club boasts 8 full tennis courts that are handicap accessible, an ample sized pool for swimming, a wall for raquet ball and a nice shaded area for onlookers.
