Crofton Middle School is filled with students from grades 6 to 8 who have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities. The school offers a girls' chorus, band/orchestra, sports, student government clubs, yearbook and student newspaper and has a Destination Imagination Team. The school is most known for its annual spring musicals, where in spring 2010 Hello Dolly was a smash hit. Crofton Middle is a 2001 Maryland Blue Ribbon School.
