We're taking advantage of the January 21 public school holiday to offer a wonderful culinary experience for adults, youths and children.
Join us for a light-hearted cooking competition geared toward families and friends facilitated by award-winning Chef Zachary Pope. Participants will be given a tour of the kitchen and pantry items. Chef Pope will unveil his "mystery ingredient" and teams will have 1.5 hours to make a menu item. No fantasy foods, no high-end cuisine...just make what is familiar and have fun!
We are offering two times, 11 AM and 4 PM. Chef's Challenge will last approximately 2 hours. At the conclusion, Chef Pope will judge the entries and contestants dine on each team's offering.
This special Chef's Challenge is open to children of all ages when partnered with a parent or guardian. The entry fee for this special family Chef's Challenge is $50 per team. The winning team will receive a gourmet dinner for 4 prepared by Chef Pope.

More About Roundz Gourmet Market & Catering
Roundz Gourmet Market & Catering features a cafe with an open kitchen design so patrons can watch food being prepared. It allows for eat-in and take-out meals. Cooking classes are also offered for all ages.
Catering services are available for holidays, weddings, corporate events, birthdays and more. Menus can include such hors d'oeuvre options as mini filet sandwiches, tuna on seaweed salad, grilled shrimp and vegetable skewers. Lunch or dinner options include roasted rack of lamb, broccoli and rice stuffed chicken breasts, sundried tomato crusted rack of lam, or coq au vin.
