Crofton Jazzercise offers fitness classes that combine cardio, strength training, and stretching. 30 classes are available to attend each week, seven days a week. Each class incorporates elements of kickboxing, resistance training, pilates, yoga and jazz dance which in combination leads to weight loss, improved balance, increased endurance, muscle toning and improved flexibility. Classes are held in the Chadwick Building at this location on Route 3 North in Crofton.
