Crofton Real Estate News By Alex Estill

Happy Monday to everyone! I hope you all stayed safe this weekend!

This Crofton real estate blog is a new feature to Crofton Patch.  My goal is to keep you all up to date on all the latest real estate news in Crofton.  From sales numbers to new listings, tips on on how to prep your house for sale, the latest trends in remodelling, general news on the market as well as in your specific neighborhoods, we should have all the angles covered for you!

I will give you a little background information on me as well so you know a little about who will write this blog!  My name is Alex Estill and I am the CEO of EstFad LLC.  It is a real estate acquisitions and remodelling company.  We buy distressed properties and get them back into tip top shape before we re-sell them.  Most of the work we do comes in AA, PG, and Baltimore Counties. 

I am also a Realtor/Top Producer for Annapolis Baltimore Realty.  I have lived in Crofton since 1988 and know just how special a community this is.  I do most of my real estate sales work in Crofton and into the surrounding communities.  I attended South River High and the University of Maryland.  I absolutely LOVE real estate and sports. 

I think their are a lot of similarities in sports and real estate.  For one, I am a very competitive person, which lead me to becoming a top producing real estate agent.  I am always trying to get the best bargain for my buyers, and top dollar for my sellers.  Preparation, persistance, determination, and hard work...things you learn in sports also heavily apply in real estate.  You can't roll out of bed and be successful at anything in life and real estate is know different. 

More important then all else are the people.  There is almost nothing more gratifying then seeing the joy and happiness on people's faces when they are handed the keys to their new home!  It is among the most rewarding feelings on earth.  Agents and clients work hand in hand for months on most occasions, so much so that they become friends. So when the goal is accomplished the feeling you have collectively is undescribeable.
