AVFD Gears Up for Classic Cruisers Car Show

5th Annual Classic Cruisers Car Show April 2nd focuses on fire safety and station equipment.

The Arundel Volunteer Fire Department is gearing up for its 5th Annual Classic Cruisers Car Show April 2nd.

 

The car show and family fun day kicks off at 9am and runs though 1:30pm at the station at 2380 Davidsonville Road.

Neighbors are encouraged to register their classic cruisers for the competition on the stations website www.Arundelfire.com.

Saturday, firefighters will be on hand giving out free hot dog lunches with chips, soda and cookies.  

 

Vocelli Pizza and Al Friedman of Long and Foster are corporate sponsors for the event.

 

This year’s theme is “fueling our fund so that we can ride to your rescue.”

 

Proceeds from the event will go to finance department equipment.

 

The AVFD services Crofton, Gambrills and Davidsonville communities.
