If you are considering cutting through the Village at Waugh Chapel to reach the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, you may want to find another route.
Work crews have been active all week on Brandermill Boulevard next to Pier One, forcing traffic to either turn around or navigate through the adjacent parking lot.
Minor road improvements have also caused mini-detours near the entrance to the new Waugh Chapel center also.
For the time being, give yourself some extra time to travel through this area.
