Cooking Class: "So, you're having a dinner party..."
Work with Chef Pope on amazing dinner party menu items that will wow your guests without stressing the chef (you!). Students will receive instruction on: pan-seared sea scallops, herb-roasted rack of lamb, beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes, sauteed asparagus, and a sweet chocolate dessert. This class is $50 per person for two-hours of hands on instruction and dining.
