Meet the Author: Janet Mullany

Every weekday we'll introduce you to a local author that will be featured in the Annual Book Lovers Auction November 12. Today's author is Janet Mullany.

FROM THE CRCC:

The (CRCC) is holding their 2nd Annual Book Lovers Auction on November 12 in Crofton. MD at the Banquet Room from 4-7 pm. This is to raise funds for a community center in Crofton, MD.

Janet Mullany has worked as an archaeologist, a classical music radio announcer, performing arts administrator, a bookseller, and a proofreader/editor for a small press. Her first book, Dedication (2005) was followed by the award-winning The Rules of Gentility (HarperCollins, 2007). She has written three more Regency chicklits for Little Black Dress (Headline, UK) as well as contemporary erotic romance for Harlequin Spice and books about Jane Austen as a vampire, Jane and the Damned (2010) and Jane Austen: Blood Persuasion (2011). She lives near Washington DC where she is hard at work thinking up new and terrible things to do to Austen.

The CRCC is a non-profit, tax-free organization. At the same time in the outside parking lot, there will be a free Children's Festival and an antique car show.
