Booty Lift Workout aka Hot Sexy Bunz Workout

Booty Workout

Today I am gonna share with you a "Booty" Workout that I love and do often....I personally train my glutes/legs twice a week, especially several months prior and during bikini season. Do not want droopy bunz  in a bikini lol  This is a quick 30 min get the job done workout (this is a sample from my entire program but a good start for most)

Warm up with 5 min stairmill moderate pace (get those bunz moving ladies)

You will preform each exercise in the circuit with no rest in between (you can take mini breaks in between exercises) but no chatting up with the guy or girl next to you at the gym...FOCUS ladies!! MISSION BOOTY LIFT!

#1. Smith Machine Lunges 15 reps on each leg  (make sure to SQUEEZE your glute on the last rep to burn out the muscle)

#2 Jumping squats 20 reps (on last rep Squeeze your glutes on the bottom movement)

#3 Bench step ups 15 reps each leg (use dumbbell for weight)

#4 Floor Hip Raises 10 reps (if to easy add weight or do single legged raises)

#5 Plie Squats 15 reps (again Squeeze the glute on the last rep at the bottom movement)

Rest 1-2 min Repeat 4 times

As always be safe and if you feel you are breaking form on any of the above exercises either drop the weight....not literally....or take a mini break and regroup. Enjoy! Let me know how the workout goes or if you have questions.
