Stop the Jiggle

Butt exercise to help target dreaded Cellulite. Reverse Hyperextension.

I had to share this. I have come across the most amazing exercise to help tone and lift the butt, not to mention stop the jiggle in that area we love so much....NOT! I am talking about the area were the butt inserts into the hamstring muscle.

I have been doing this exercise for about a month now myself and can really see a difference. This is such a hard area to hit and it seems that in all the 15 years I have been training I could never really "stop the jiggle" there no matter what. Well, ok I am exaggerating, a squeaky clean diet helps lesson the appearance of the dreaded cellulite but this move proves to hit it and tone it up.

Say hello to the Reverse Hyperextension. I do this exercise on a Stability Ball and WOW it targets that spot perfectly. FYI you will look funny doing this move but hey if it works who cares. :)

Anyways if you want to tone up your back side and give yourself a mini butt lift incorporate this exercise into your program. I do 3 to 4 sets of 15 to 20 reps. Make sure to squeeze that area at the top of the movement evertime.

Check out the photo's demonstrating how to do this exercise effectively.
