4 Seasons Grille in Gambrills offers Mediterranean and American dishes.

The Village at Waugh Chapel restaurant and lounge specializes in fresh catch seafood entrees such as: shrimp coconut, Norwegian smoked salmon, calamari, Bluepoint scallops and a “Tuna Tower” of Yellow fin.

The surf and turf menu also includes a new Beef Wellington Bruschetta with Italian bread, filet mignon and prosciutto. The entrée is complimented with Parmesan mushroom pâté and Gorgonzola cheese.

The restaurant serves Mediterranean grilled flatbread pizzas with options for spicy crab and vegetarian combinations.

The 4 Seasons has an “Air, Earth and Sea” menu theme. Popular items include the Greek Village Cous Cous, Veal Chesapeake and the Maryland Crab Cake.
