Buffalo Wild Wings Coming to Route 3

The restaurant will be located in the new Main Street at Waugh Chapel development. McDonald's has also signed a lease nearby.

Crofton-area residents looking for another place to munch on wings and watch sports may have a new option. 

Buffalo Wild Wings has signed a lease for space on northbound Route 3, in the new Main Street at Waugh Chapel project. 

Street Sense, which is marketing the project, said the restaurant will fill about 9,000 square feet in the development just north of Riedel Road. McDonald's has also signed a lease for space nearby. In all, the Main Street at Waugh Chapel project will comprise more than 10 acres and as much as 90,000 square feet of development in seven buildings.

In advertising the property to potential tenants, Street Sense is touting the more than 64,000 vehicles that pass by there each day, plus the high median income of the nearby residents.

The new Buffalo Wild Wings would be the third in Anne Arundel County, following locations at Arundel Mills and in Annapolis.
