Crofton Resident Receives Promotion

Profiles, Inc., the Baltimore-based public relations, marketing, and special events firm, announced today the promotion of from Senior Account Manager to Vice President.

Watt Arnold, of Crofton, Maryland, has been with Profiles since 2005 working on behalf of many of the firm’s clients to generate positive exposure for their programs and initiatives through strategic communication campaigns.  In 2011, PR News named her to its “15 to Watch” list, a recognition honoring budding PR leaders, age 30 and under, from around the world.  In her new role as Vice President, Watt Arnold will continue to manage accounts while also supporting Profiles’ business development programs.

Watt Arnold currently works with a variety of clients including the American Craft Council, Rusty Scupper, The Prime Rib, Kennedy Krieger Institute, Y of Central Maryland, Katzen Eye Group, and Jhpiego.  Her clients have been featured in national and local media outlets including The New York Times, NBC’s “The Today Show”, ABC’s “20/20”, TIME Magazine’s “HealthLand” blog, Washington Post and The Baltimore Sun. In addition to public relations, Watt Arnold is instrumental in managing eventplanning services for several of the firm’s clients.  From conceptualization to on-site management, she has coordinated events such as CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield’s annual CareFirst Commitment legislative receptions in Annapolis and Washington, DC; a series of grand opening events for the first two Freshii locations in Baltimore; Rusty Scupper’s 30th Anniversary Party; and thegroundbreaking of a new health care facility in Prince George’s County for Mary’s Center and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield.
