Huge Yard Sale to Benefit Paul and Jenny Adkins

Friends of Paul and Jenny Adkins are throwing a gigantic yard sale at the end of Aberdeen Court in Crofton to support this financially struggling couple as Paul seeks treatment for bladder cancer. Since the 2009 murder of her son Christopher, Jenny has been very active in the community with her efforts to end violence against children and bullying. Both Paul and Jenny are out of work. Friends are taking donations of any kind, such as gas cards (it costs Jenny up to $50 a day to take her husband back and forth to the hospital) and Giant Food gift cards, to items for sale on June 4. At least 15 tables will be set up at the yard sale. Volunteers are also needed and welcome. Just show up!
