Gourmet Grilled Cheese Coming to Gambrills

Developer Greenberg Gibbons said the restaurant will open in a spot next to Firehouse Subs. It will occupy 1,408 square feet and offer "creative takes" on grilled cheese sandwiches, plus salads, soups and other foods.
Grilled Cheese and Co. has its flagship restaurant in Catonsville and also has locations in Baltimore's Federal Hill and Eldersburg.
Greenberg Gibbons also said Newk's Eatery will open soon next to Pier 1, and that it has also signed a lease with Homecare Assistance, which offers hourly and live-in home care for adults.
