IHOP, Yogi Castle Among Future 'Main Street' Tenants
Buffalo Wild Wings and McDonald's have also signed leases for the project at the corner of Route 3 and Riedel Road.
Developers of the Main Street at Waugh Chapel project have revealed two additional tenants, including a Yogi Castle shop and an IHOP restaurant.
The retail project on the east side of Route 3 near Riedel Road is under construction now and features several pre-leased buildings, according to brokers StreetSense. A total of seven retailers are expected on the site. Previously, Patch reported that McDonald's and Buffalo Wild Wings will move into the space as well.
The developers are now working with the county and local residents on the proposed traffic pattern for the project, as well as the routing of trucks during the construction phases. Some parents with children at the nearby Newbury School have expressed some concern over traffic turning into the project from Riedel Road.
