Wegmans - A club pack of spare ribs with two racks is $3.29/pound. The store also has big 2-3 pound buckets of all salad varieties for $7.50. There's also a bag of 50 littleneck clams for $14.99. (Prices in effect through June 1.)

Giant - Pork spare ribs are $1.99 per pound. There's a buy on, get on free deal on Ballpark hot dogs and Lay's potato chips. Ground beef patties are $3.99 per pound. Bottles of Kraft barbecue sauce are just a dollar.
Safeway - Lean ground beef is $2.99 per pound, and watermelons are $4.99. Sausage is buy one, get one free and cans of baked beans are priced at 3 for $5. Two-liter bottles of Coca-Cola are buy two, get two free.

Gambrills General Store - The store has the cheapest propane around, and sells most other grilling essentials including lighter fluid and charcoal. You can even pick up some patio furniture.
