The Beacon Will Offer Luxury Apartments
The Bozzuto Group hopes to deliver the apartment community in the spring of 2013 at the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre.
The retail component is just one aspect of the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, which is a mixed-use development. Luxury apartment homes, presented by The Bozzuto Group and Pritzker Realty Group, will be available in the spring of 2013.

The community designed by The Martin Architectural Group will include "rustic upscale-designed residences, a 6,500-square-foot clubhouse, landscaped courtyards, pool and an outdoor kitchen," according to the Bozzuto website.
