I just saw an e-card thing someone posted that said "You won't eat Chick-fil-a because the CEO believes in gay marriage? So when will you stop buying gas because Saudi Arabia believes homosexuality is punishable by death?" ..Whats your opinion on that?

Karen I agree with Charlie you might as well start taking a bus cause your gas in your car is from a country that hates homosexuality. Truett Cathy is a Christian and those are his beliefs and we do have freedom of speech. He sets the bar for many of us who won't stand up for what we believe because we are afraid of what people may think. This guy is an example and his already successful business in prospering even more. Hmm maybe there is something to this Christianity thing after all. I will make sure to say to the next guy or gal who has a rainbow or pride sticker on there car at the gas station that they shouldn't buy gas. They would be supporting Saudi Arabia who hates them and we wouldn't want that.

Can't a person just eat a chicken sandwhich because they like chicken sandwhiches???
Depriving yourself from the delicious taste of a spicy chicken sandwhich because the CEO of Chik-Fil-A is anti gay marrige is just silly.

It is not because the dude is anti-gay or what words he spoke; I knew he was a "Christian" a long time ago, yet I still ate there. However, now that I know MORE, my PERSONAL reason not to spend money at CFA is that I do not wish to help him contribute to hate groups.
THAT IS THE SOLE REASON. My *PERSONAL* choice!! I am all for freedom of speech, and freedom of opinion. I am happy to live in a country where we can enjoy those things.

Exactly^^^ In a happy world, it would be possible for me to snub Big Oil and Saudi Arabia for their greed and bigotries, but until we progress ourselves out of oil dependency that isn't possible. BUT, I don't have to eat fast food. And I don't CHOOSE to buy at a place that will hand the money over to hate groups. Trust me, I won't feel deprived at all!

"This guy is an example" of the reason why I look at people sideways who smugly claim Christianity while wearing hatred on their sleeve for all to see.

What is going to happen to Molly now?
elaine whitmore May 27, 2013 at 10:57 pm
So glad she was found. Yes, where does she go now?
Jessica Davis May 30, 2013 at 02:09 am
Molly is safe and secure at her new foster family and will be reunited with her family once they areRead More settled into a place that accepts small dogs. Molly was unharmed in the fire and after 2 days of being lost, hungry and a little dehydrated, she was able to find her way back to her front porch. She was then reunited with her best buddy/sidekick, Punkin, a fellow chihuahua. She stayed at Punkin's house until her human "Dad" made arrangements for her to move to her new foster family. Molly has had a rough time this past week, but on behalf of her friends and family, she thanks everyone for their well wishes and for keeping an eye out when she was lost.
