Yolavie Yogurt Now Open in Gambrills

The new yogurt shop at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is located near the movie theater, which opened last week.

Apple pie and carrot cake—frozen yogurt flavors? I say yes!

Those are just two flavors that will be part of the Yolavie fall collection, along with pumpkin and gingerbread. If you are a fan of self-serve frozen yogurt and adding your own mix-ins, there is a new shop to try at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre.

Yolavie, which is located to the left of the , held its grand opening on Saturday. In French, "la vie" means "life." So Yolavie uses "yogurt to improve life," according to the company's website.

To make your own treat at Yolavie, choose from dozens of yogurts—new flavors will be added often—and fill the container with how much you want. Then add toppings such as granola, fresh fruit, nuts, sprinkles, gummy bears and more. The cost of your treat depends on how much your concoction of yogurt and toppings weighs.
