Drivers headed northbound on Maryland Route 3 near the Waugh Chapel South development may notice a traffic change.

Stop lights are now present on Crain Highway near the  between Johns Hopkins Road and Wellfleet Lane.

, Target and Dick's Sporting Goods are among the retail shops slated to open on the land this spring according to Greenberg Gibbons Commercial’s website.
