Crofton Patch Welcomes New Editor

Nicki Mayo joins Patch and takes over the site on March 7.

Crofton Patch welcomes Nicki Mayo, an accomplished multimedia journalist, as the new local editor. Nicki most recently worked in 24-hour news at YNN Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, where she reported stories both online and on air.

Nicki’s diverse experience includes working as a reporter, producer and a teacher in Prince George’s County. She is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned degrees in communications and African American studies and minored in Spanish.

Patch would like to thank guest editor for filling in during the transition period.
