GREEN EXPO – MARCH 15, 2014

The Davidsonville Area Civic
Association, in partnership with local businesses and environmental
organizations, will host the Fifth Annual Green Expo to increase awareness
about environmental issues, and highlight environmentally friendly products,
services, and ideas. Admission is free.
Join us Saturday, March 15, 2014, from 10:00 am-2:00 pm at Davidsonville Elementary
School, 962 West Central Avenue, Davidsonville, Maryland, to discover your
local watershed group, learn about energy-saving techniques, and hear about sustainable
living.

 Children’s activities, free seedling
give-aways, Bay-friendly lawn and landscape techniques, wildlife habitat shrubs
and trees, rain barrels (cash or check only), 
renewable energy (solar, geothermal and wind energy), recycling, and
energy efficiency and non-toxic home products will be featured. Many items will
be for sale. Food and beverages will be available. A poster contest to promote
environmental awareness will be judged and prizes awarded. For exhibitor list,
