NAMI CONNECTION SUPPORT GROUP is a weekly recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

For people living with a mental illness, a safe environment that offers a place to express themselves and receive support without being judged is a critical component of recovery and wellness.
