Air Marshal From Crofton Accused of Taking Upskirt Pics

Adam Bartsch was charged with disorderly conduct after being arrested in Nashville on Oct. 17.

A federal air marshal from Crofton has been charged with disorderly conduct after being accused of taking photos underneath women's dresses as they boarded a plane in Nashville last week. 

Adam Bartsch, 28, was on Southwest Flight 3132 on Oct. 17 when a witness saw him taking the photos using a cellphone, according to a criminal affidavit. The witness took the cellphone and notified a flight attendant. 

According to the affidavit, Bartsch was escorted off the plane and Nashville Airport police responded. He agreed to answer officers' questions and confessed to taking the pictures, the document said. 

The Tennessean reported that Bartsch has been relieved of his duties, and the TSA is in the process of terminating his employment. 

CBSBaltimore.com reported that Bartsch has a wife and child. 

He is scheduled to be appear in court in Nashville on Nov. 14.
