“Individuals like Feller, who possess and sexually abuse children to produce child pornography, exploit young children, robbing them of their innocence,” Special Agent William Winter in charge of ICE Homeland Security Investigations in Baltimore said in a release.

“Individuals who produce and possess child pornography victimize the most vulnerable members of our society and the significant sentence levied today proves that they will not go unpunished,” Winter said.
