Gambrills Man to Stand Trial for St. Mary's County Robbery

Kevin Lee Kreamer has been ruled competent to stand trial, after taking medication for bipolar disorder.

A Gambrills man has been ruled competent to stand trial and face robbery charges, after a judge noted he was taking medication for a bipolar disorder, SoMdNews.com reported. 

Kevin Lee Kreamer, 52, is accused of attacking a man at a convenience store in Charlotte Hall in St. Mary's County last August. He was held at Spring Grove Hospital Center for four months and placed on medication for bipolar disorder. He has since been placed in jail while he continues to take medication. 

The judge in St. Mary's County said Kreamer should remain in jail until his trial begins.
