Girl Seriously Hurt at Soccer Game
Medics transported a 10-year-old girl to Johns Hopkins with injuries sustained during a game Sunday afternoon at the Bell Branch Athletic Complex.
A 10-year-old girl was injured Sunday afternoon during a soccer game at the Bell Branch Athletic Complex, a fire department official said.
Lt. Cliff Kooser of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department said units responded at about 1:45 p.m. Sunday, and transported the girl by ambulance to the pediatric unit at Johns Hopkins Children's Center in Baltimore.
Kooser described the girl's injuries as serious, but not life-threatening.
