Sturbridge Homes has started sales for The Villas at Waugh Chapel – a 40-townhouse neighborhood within the Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Gambrills.

Michael DeStefano, president of Sturbridge Homes, told the Baltimore Business Journal he expects the townhomes to sell for about $440,000. Construction is scheduled to begin June 25.

Each three-bedroom townhome will have two floors complete with a spacious kitchen, great room and owner’s suite, plus additional lower level featuring a recreation room and two-car garage, according to a news release.
