The school board is expected to approve an agreement to allow the Mid-Atlantic Community Church to meet at Crofton Middle School through next summer.

Since 2004, members of the Mid-Atlantic Community Church has met at Crofton Middle School as it worked to build a facility of its own.

The church—referred to as The MACC—is now seeking one final year at the school before moving into its new home.

The Anne Arundel County Board of Education will vote Wednesday on an agreement to allow the church to meet a Crofton Middle through June, 2014. By then, the church is expected to move into the new facility, which will include a community center on 42 acres in Davidsonville.
