Public Hearing on AACPS Budget

The Board of Education of Anne Arundel County Public Schools will hold a public hearing on Superintendent Kevin Maxwell's recommended Fiscal Year 2013 Capital Budget and six-year Capital Improvement Plan during its regularly scheduled meeting on September 21. The Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. to vote to go into closed session, then will open the general session to the public at 7:00 p.m. and begin the hearing at or before 8:00 p.m. More information on the plan, which includes a $204.8 million capital budget for FY 2013, can be found by clicking "Budget Info" at www.aacps.org.
