Teachers will spend June 19 completing and submitting grades for students. They will finish that process and will engage in professional development sessions involving the Common Core State Standards, Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers exams, and AACPS curriculum on Friday, June 20.

Teachers will complete required online professional development models centered around the same subjects on Monday, June 23, but may opt to complete them on other days before Aug. 18. The online work will be done outside of school buildings, but teachers will be required to submit documentation of the completion of that work.
