A Rousing Start for Crofton Football

Nearly 300 players came out for a pep rally to celebrate the start of the Crofton Football season.

Hundreds of young football players gathered a Cardinal Park on Friday night for a pep rally to celebrate the start of the Crofton Football season.

A dozen teams came out for the event, which included appearances from a pair of Redskins cheerleaders and food from Fat Boys.  Scrimmage games started over the weekend, and the first games of the regular season will be this Saturday.

See the attached video to hear Crofton Football Commissioner Mark Jarosz talk about the pep rally and the upcoming season.
