Girl Scouts Collecting New Craft Items

The community is asked to donate new crayons, stickers, craft paper, popsicle sticks, glue, pipe cleaners and similar craft projects by June 1.

The following information was submitted to Crofton Patch by Sabine Murphy of Junior Troop 4807.

Crofton Junior Girl Scout Troop 4807 is collecting new arts and craft items to establish a craft station at Ronald McDonald House at JHU Hospital in Baltimore. The idea is to give very sick children, who are at JHU over an extended time, and their visiting families an activity station.

The donated items must be new, because of the patients' compromised immunity. The girl scouts are working for their Bronze Award.
