Vuong’s Urges Women to Fight Back Against Attacks

Recent sexual assaults and attacks prompt Vuong's Martial Arts Center to offer free women's self defense class.

The reported walking her dog near Ridgley Court and Aberdeen Drive has prompted a local business to help women and teenagers fight back against attackers.

Vuong’s Martial Arts Center will offer a free women’s self-defense class Thursday evening at 1117 State Route 3 North.

Gambrills martial arts center owner Chien Vuong said he wants to offer the classes as a community service.
