Crofton Man Arrested Again in Drug Seizure

While free and awaiting trial in a separate case, police say Casey Paul Davis was arrested on charges of drug possession and intent to distribute. He has been arrested at least three times this year.

Anne Arundel County police arrested a Crofton man on drug charges, days before he was scheduled to appear in court on similar charges from separate cases in January and February.  Police said they arrested Casey Paul Davis on Thursday at 9:30 p.m. after executing a search warrant on his home at Gunwood Place in Crofton. Police said they found more than 35 grams of marijuana worth $712, 1.4 grams of suspected heroin with a value of $168, and $523 in cash. Thursday's arrest was Davis' third this year on charges relating to drug possession and distribution.  Davis was also convicted in 2008 on charges of driving without a valid license and sentenced to 60 days of house arrest. Crofton Man Charged in Drug Bust

Police said Casey Davis had marijuana, cocaine and heroin in his home on Gunwood Place.

Anne Arundel County police arrested a Crofton man Saturday night in an investigation into illegal drug activity.  Police arrested Casey Davis, 33, and charged him with two counts of drug possession and two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute. He also was charged with a handgun violation. Police said they executed a search warrant at the home located at 1714 Gunwood Place and found a nearly 70 grams of suspected marijuana, 11 grams of suspected powder cocaine and three grams of heroin. They also seized a loaded shotgun and more than $4,300 in cash.  Officers said the marijuana had a street value of $1,376, the cocaine was worth $981 and the heroin was worth $336.
