Force 3 Jobs Open House May 25
The Crofton-based company has several sales and technical positions to fill at its 3rd annual Open House May 25 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Ask Lisa Elias of Crofton what the best part of her job is and she’ll laughingly tell you it’s the one mile commute. Elias, who works for Crofton-based Force 3, elaborated by saying that the company, has “a great culture” that values hard work. Because her office is so close to her home, she gets to spend more time with her family rather than commuting, and that’s something she values. “We work hard, and we play hard,” said Margarita Berman, Force 3 Director of Recruiting. "The company likes to hire professionals who are creative, tenacious, adaptable, and have a commitment to doing what is right, not what is convenient," Berman said. I've been with Force 3 for six years and it's an organization I'm proud to be a part of. There is a heart and soul here that just doesn't exist anyplace else I've worked.
