Old Mill High football coach Chad McCormick doesn’t want to hear about who’s gone. He’s only interested in who’s here now. The current crop of Patriots made their own statement Friday night with a 35-7 win over Broadneck in the team’s first game since claiming the 2011 Class 4A state championship. “These guys are making a name for themselves now,” McCormick said. “When you don’t want to talk about who we have, that’s going to put a chip on our shoulder.” Old Mill capitalized on a series of big plays to jump all over the Bruins.
