Hey everyone! I am a personal trainer, Fitness model, and Fitness Competitor. I live in Gambrills and have lived in the crofton area for over 10 years. My likes are anything that involves fitness,  lifting weights, swinging kettlebells and cooking. I am also a huge researcher reading anything and everything.
