I am a professional running coach, freelance writer, runner (sometimes triathlete), running shirt designer and founder of Crofton Cuties, a running group for women of all abilities.

I have been a Crofton resident for about the last 5 years.  Born in Charlotte, NC, I have also lived in SC and FL.  I have been  married for 15 years to Porter and have two children, Addie 13 and Thomas 7.

I enjoy helping people get fit and realize the potential they have inside themselves.
