Pastor Shawn Jegede, Neighbor

<strong>Pastor Shawn Jegede</strong> is Senior Pastor at Power of One Community Church (POCC) in Crofton, MD. She is a native of Philadelphia, PA and has lived with her family in Crofton since early 2006. She is a wife, mother of two young children, pastor, consultant, author, and football fan (Go Ravens!). Pastor Shawn was ordained in 2000 and has served in various church leadership positions since then. She embraces life to the fullest and loves helping people get out of the dead-end called religion and on the amazing journey of a relationship with Jesus Christ. Pastor Shawn has multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Pastoral Leadership from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Yet, she believes she learns the most about being a pastor when sitting at the dinner table with families in her wonderful community.
